ENROLL AT EDGE@East

Below are the steps to enroll at EDGE@East Teen Center.

Located at 7568 Wyandot Ln, Ste #2, Liberty Township, OH 45044

Mondays through Fridays from 2:30pm-6:00pm.

1. The digital student registration form for the 2024-25 academic year needs to be completed prior to their second visit. Note: Teens may visit EDGE one time before completed forms are required.
2. Each parent/guardian must read and sign the EDGE Code of Conduct.
3. For any parent/guardian who consents to allow their teen to receive counseling services must fill out this additional digital Consent for Treatment form.
