Updated registration forms for the 2020/21 school year will be available below by 7/15/20.
There are three steps to enroll at EDGE Teen Center.
1. Each student must read the Teen Code of Conduct.
2. The student registration form needs to be downloaded, filled out, and turned in at EDGE.
3. You need to pay the student fees. You can pay them below.
