There are the steps to enroll at EDGE@West Teen Center.
These are three steps to enroll at EDGE Teen Center.
Located within the MidPointe Library West Chester Community Rooms, Mondays through Fridays from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
- The student registration form needs to be downloaded, filled out, and turned in prior to their second visit. Note: Teens may visit EDGE one time before fees and completed forms are required.
- Each parent/guardian must read and sign the Teen Code of Conduct.
- For any parent/guardian who consents to allow their teen to receive counseling services must download, fill out and return this additional Consent for Treatment form.
- There are no fees associated with EDGE@West for the 2022-23 school year.
Completed EDGE@West Registration Forms can be sent to zach@edgeteencenter.com, dropped by the EDGE@East Teen Center (call for summer operating hours 513-755-2400), or turned in by the participating teen upon their first or second visit to EDGE.
